Excellent and friendly service from start to finish. Tom is super friendly and everything was explained really well from the start. Project ran to excellent time. John and Graeme (the builders) were professional, friendly and clearly both very good at their trade. We have so many neighbours wanting to get their lofts done now! Really enjoyed the process - not nearly as disruptive as we first thought. The guys were tidy, polite to all our neighbours and a pleasure to have in our house. And the finished room is just beautiful. Cannot recommend enough.

We have just had a loft conversion done by Horizon Lofts Reading and it is just perfect, actually it’s better than perfect!! The bedroom is just amazing with amazing velux windows and the bathroom is amazing. Tom, the office staff and of course the builders and second fitters have just been brilliant. We are so pleased with Horizon Lofts, our loft conversion has far exceeded our expectations, it looks amazing! We had two front dormers, and full width rear dormer with roof lights. The finish is excellent both inside and out. They are such a professionally run company, being so friendly and helpful, and always putting the client first. We are extremely happy with our Horizon Loft conversion. From the outset, Tom was extremely knowledgeable and really put us at ease with our project. One of the key strength we found with Horizon was the excellent communication both from the office team and fitters on site. Harry our fitter was amazing and is probably the hardest working, most dedicated person we have met. There were a few challenges that we faced along the way (Our house was built in 1901.) However, the Horizon team were always quick to offer up solutions. We would not hesitate to recommend Horizon to anyone thinking of converting their loft space.

We are very pleased with our new space. Our loft fitter Harry has done an amazing job! We have had a few hiccups along the process of the build but any issues were solved as quickly as possible. Tom has been involved with the project and even had many visits throughout the build. He has always answered any questions we had. Harry has always kept us up to date and is very hardworking giving us the best space possible.

Having received 3 quotes for our loft conversion, my wife and I had no doubt that Horizon Lofts were the company we wanted to build it. Tom was exceptional from start to finish in terms of customer service, and particularly with my wife being at home with our young child, his team were very professional and considerate. The team were always willing to go that extra mile, even working bank holidays to fit in around our plans. I would recommend Tom and Horizon Lofts without hesitation.The finished product gives us 409 ft of additional living space (24%), allowing for a double bed, office area and pool table and cost only 6.6% of the house value.
