What was your reason for wanting a loft conversion?
We wanted this space to be our dream bedroom, maximise on the space the best way as we could. I think that we wanted somewhere that felt detached from the rest of the house that was just really relaxing and a nice place to come to when we went to bed.
Why did you choose Horizon Lofts to convert your loft?
It was really easy to find Horizon Lofts, when Tom came around, he just made a great first impression for us. He was super professional, really friendly and compared to the other quotes that we had he was obviously prepared and just made it sound really easy.
What are your thoughts on their customer service?
We’ve never done any home renovations before but as soon as we met with Horizon Lofts we were completely reassured and confident that we could go ahead with the project. We always felt that they were confident in their work and we never had any concerns throughout the whole build. Every tradesman, everybody that stepped foot in the building, they took pride in the job the whole way through and for us we just thought amazing. They wanted to be the best they could be.
Did the quality of the build live up to your expectations?
When we met with the architect, he was very creative. He was the one who came up with the idea of having the bath in the bedroom and if they were to put in the Velux window in, it would have loads of light. The finished product is probably my favourite part of the build to be honest. We just wouldn’t have thought to do that. The parts that you couldn’t change have become part of the design which I think is just really lovely. Every time we come up here to go to bed we are like “wow, it’s so nice up here!”. The light is just fantastic.
Would you recommend Horizon Lofts?
